Fees for Loan Documents

Please note that all signing fees must be paid in full regardless of whether or not the loan funds. 
Like appraisers, signing agents do not work on commission, therefore payment is not contingent upon funding.

Fees will never increase without notice.  At least one week prior notice will posted here prior to any increases.

Mortgage loan signing - docs delivered via FedEx or other courier ----------$150.00
        - If the borrower does not sign, you will still be responsible for payment in full, so
          please make sure your borrower knows the terms of the loan before signing.

"Same day signing" - docs picked up in person for emergencies --------------$250.00

Concurrent closing second loan (such as a heloc or 2nd mortgage) -------------- $75.00 (docs must be signed on the same appointment as the 1st)

Electronic delivery and printing of docs (two copies) --------------------------------------$25.00

Mileage fees for signings outside ofOrange County (based on Google Maps distance from 13422 Jefferson Street, Garden Grove, CA 92844).  These travel fees will be waived for weekday signings in San Diego County, since I will probably already be there anyway.

30-60 miles       add $50
60-90 miles       add $100
90-120 miles     add $150
120-150 miles   add $200
 
Re-sign due to expired docs / lender error / borrower does not sign---------------- $150.00

Re-sign due to notary error or omission --------------------------------------------------------- free - also includes same day pick up and delivery 
  
 

Fees For Individuals Needing Basic Notary Services

Travel to your home or office within Orange County ------------------------------$50.00 (in addition to notary fees listed below)

Acknowledgement (witness of signature) ------------------------------------------------------$10.00 per signature

Jurat (witness of signature and oath) ------------------------------------------------------------$10.00 per signature
